With the rise of women groups and women business organizations and associations, and even those normal weekly, monthly and annual meetings and social gatherings that we all attend such as PTA discussion forums, bible studies, women business networks, book club meetings, civil organizations and other types of meetings. Hosting a simple or elaborate tea party can add a note of celebration to any of these gatherings.
If you are a member of any of the above mentioned groups or any other group for that matter and meetings are conducted whether, weekly, monthly, seasonally or annually, maybe a women business support group. Why not begin your meeting with a tea party? Gather around the tea table first.
A lovely centerpiece featuring teapot with flowers. If the venue, where you all are having the meetings or study permits, each member can bring a cup and saucer from home to sip and nibble while you all talk. Brew another pot of tea midway through the meeting and pour another round. Or pick a date, and have an elaborate ladies tea party, where women can network with others and support one another.
A great tea for such an occasion or meeting in my own opinion is Apple Tea.
Black Tea or Herbal Tea
Clear apple juice
Sugar to taste
Brew tea using boiling apple juice instead of water.
Use one teaspoon tea or 1 tea bag per cup of juice. Pour tea into cups.
Sweeten with sugar and stir with a cinnamon stick.
